Every minute, on-the-minute, for 15 minutes:
Minute One - 20sec Ring Support
Minute Two - 20sec Isometric Ring Dip
Minute Three - 20sec Isometric Ring Row
Minute Four - 20x GHD Sit-up
Minute Five - Rest

The Isometric Ring Dip is performed as a hold at the bottom of the Dip, and the Isometric Ring Row is performed as a hold at the top of the Row with fists touching the chest.
