In teams of three, for maximum repetitions:
Three-minute Double Under
--One-minute Rest--
Three-minute AbMat Sit-up
--One-minute Rest--
Three-minute Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High-Pull @ 70/53-lbs.
--One-minute Rest--
Three-minute Air Squat
--One-minute Rest--
Three-minute Assault Bike

At all times, two athletes must be performing a Deadlift Hold @ 315/210-lbs.

Athletes must alternate every minute within the three minutes of work, and the clock does not stop or reset at any point during the workout.
