Travel WOD
In teams of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes:
30/25-cal Assault Bike
60x Kettlebell Box Step-over, 24/20"
60x Burpee Pull-up
30x Tire Flip

Only one athlete may work at a time, and the work must be divided equally and completed in order.

The Tire Flip may be performed solo or in tandem. Regardless the method, it is 30 total repetitions.
