High Intensity Interval Pyramid

With a continous running clock, complete the following intervals on the Erg:
1000-750-500-250-500-750-1000

Utilize a 1:1 Work-to-Rest ratio between intervals. For example, if an athlete completes the first 1000-meter interval in 3:30.5, he/she would rest 3:30.5 prior to beginning the first 750-meter interval. Etc.
