Complete 10 intervals of one minute of work followed by one minute of rest:
30x Russian Kettlebell Swings @ 70/53-lbs.

The thirty Russian Kettlebell Swings must be completed in one mintue. If the repetitions are not completed in the mintue, record a penalty. Following the workout, row 1000 meters for each penalty that was recorded.
