In teams of two, complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:

10x Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High-Pull @ 53/35-lbs.
100-ft Single-arm Kettlebell Farmer Carry @ 53/35-lbs.
5ea Single-arm Kettlebell Push Press @ 53/35-lbs.
100-ft Single-arm Kettlebell Front Rack Carry @ 53/35-lbs.

Athletes will alternate rounds until the 20 minutes has expired.
