Intervals: 7-12: Box Jump-over, 24/20"

Intervals 13-18: Slam Ball @ 50/35-lbs.

Intervals 19-24: Burpee Pull-up

Intervals 24-29: GHD Sit-up

Intervals 30-36: Rope Climb, 15-ft
