In teams of three, as many repetitions as possible in 20 minutes:

30x Dumbbell Push Press
30x Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High-pull @ 70/53-lbs.
30x Burpee Box Jump, 24/20-inches

Two athletes may work at a time. At all times, one athlete must run 400-meters.
