Complete the workout in the following manner:

Minute One - 1x10-meter Shuttle Sprint
Minute Two - 2x10-meter Shuttle Sprint
Minute Three - 3x10-meter Shuttle Sprint

Continue in this manner as long as possible until you fail to achieve the required shuttle sprint in the appropriate minute.
