Five rounds, each at maximum effort; rest as needed between rounds:

50-ft Broad Jump (complete in as few jumps as possible)
3x Perfect Pull-up (complete reps as slow as possible)
Max Rep Freestanding Handstand Pushup

This workout is scored as the lowest number of jumps, longest pull-up repetition, and repetitions of the handstand pushup.
