Regardless of your fitness level or background, you can start training. All that is required is an open mind and commitment to the program; trust the process.

Step 1: Your First Class
The first class is on us! We want to provide you the opportunity to experience a fitness program that could potentially change your life. A one-hour investment for a lifetime of benefits…sounds like one hell of a deal if you ask us.
If you are interested in dropping-in to a class, Saturdays are your best bet! The workouts on Saturdays are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and abilities, and better yet, they are partner workouts; bring a friend and throw-down together.
Step 2: Meet-and-Greet
Following your first class, it is time to schedule a Meet-and-Greet with one of the 446 coaches. We want to understand who you are as an individual: Where are you coming from? What are you doing well already? What are your strengths? What are your weaknesses? What are your goals and desires? How can we help you achieve success? This conversation provides us the information necessary to select the program that will best meet your needs.
Step 3: Fundamentals or Test-out Procedure
Based off the information you provided in the Meet-and-Greet, the coach will recommend one of two options:

After graduating from Fundamentals and/or successfully completing the Test-out Procedure, YOU ARE READY TO JOIN GROUP CLASSES!
