We are all familiar with the classic holiday jingle, “The 12 Days of Christmas.” BUT, did you know that this catchy Christmas tune is also used to create the ultimate holiday workout? That’s right, we have turned the 12 Days of Christmas into the 12 Days of Fitmas (see what we did there)!
Once again, CrossFit 446 and Pittsburgh Punch are joining forces to bring you “It’s Beginning to Look a lot like Fitness.” So whether you’re naughty or nice, we ask you to join us on Saturday, December 15th at 8:30am to burn off those Christmas cookies and holiday treats (yes, we know that you sneak one every time you’re in the kitchen). There will be multiple workouts from which to choose, and each will be performed in the same manner as the song.
If the first day of Christmas were a Sled Push, you would complete that exercise. Then, if the second day of Christmas were Tire Flips, you would perform two Tire Flips, followed by one Sled Push. Then, if the third day of Christmas were Box Jumps, you would complete three Box Jumps, two Tire Flips, and finally one Sled Push…

Immediately following the workout, we will be hosting a holiday brunch! There will be coffee, bagels, pastries, pancakes, waffles, and more. We also encourage you to bring your favorite side dish and/or holiday treats; the more the merrier!
